The human race has entered a brave new world, 21st century being known as a time of advanced scientific and technological knowledge and the information, in its history. At the mercy of the ever-accelerated updating of science and technology, more problems of deficient emphasizing on cognitive skills in society brought to public attentions.

Cognition, the capability of being reduced to empirical factual knowledge, is significant to the progress of the human beings and the society, through which the humans acquire the prevailing era developing at an unprecedented rate. No the science or technology is not based on the cognition of humans to the nature. Thomas Edison, who started where the last man left off, would agrees on this point undoubtedly. He would be probably confused by the reason why the present people have no place enough to show the prominence of cognitions.
