“Eldorado As A Utopia”

As Candide and Cacambo try to find Cayenne, they run into an isolated country in Peru. This is where Candide believes is the “best of all possible worlds.” Eldorado is a utopia, in which everything is right. It’s a very tranquil and peaceful country. Being a place that is “impossible” to find, Eldorado has no wars, jails, or laws for that matter since no one commits any crimes.
Eldorado seems to exercise free religion as it is not organized or forced. There or no quorels over religion, and the people don’t make religion an issue. Material goods seem to posses no significance in this world since you don’t see any little arguments ...
