"A Good Man Is Hard To Find"

"A Good Man Is Hard To Find" is a short story, written by Flannery O’Connor set in the old south. The individual values of the characters are shaped by this setting and time, with a major emphasis on the Christian faith. This story begins with a southern family from Georgia leaving home to take a trip to Florida. The two main characters, the Grandmother and The Misfit, meet in a strange twist of fate, but its this interaction that brings alive their separate values and the unique way they are connected by faith, or the lack of it.
