#7 In Maggie Crane represents many instances of courage. Where, who, how…?

Crane showed multiple examples in Maggie that dealt with courage by both Maggie and Jimmie. This book shows how that life is in the slums for Maggie and Jimmie but they both have the audacity to wake up every day and deal with their problems at home. Maggie and Jimmie have the role of trying to live everyday and trying to escape from it. But that is impossible for them because it is like that everyday for them and their mother is an alcoholic and that makes it harder for them to survive. This story ties in with Maggie and Jimmie struggling for survival and trying to get through everyday.
Jimmie had been in many rough instances where it involves fighting with other people or himself getting beaten by his father. He has the courage to stand up for himself and fight his own battles and that shoes courage very well. "The little champion of Rum Alley stumbled precipitately down the other side.
