4-4-2 formation

The 4-4-2 formation is the most dominant formation in worldwide soccer as of today. It uses four defense (sweeper, stopper, left and right), four midfield (left and right center, left and right wing), and two forwards (left and right). It is successful. Alot of major league soccer teams use this formation and do well with it.
